Refund policy

Currently Livy & Noa only offers exchanges but no returns. All full priced items are available to return for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. All sample sale and heavily reduced items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Products must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 10 days of receipt. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a store credit for the amount spent (excluding shipping costs).

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we do not currently provide shipping labels for any returns. Please package the merchandise securely and ship with your original invoice or a note that has your name, email and order number via any traceable method of your choice to the address below:

For repair concerns, please email info@livyandnoa.com or send directly to the address below with a note that has your name, number and return address.
