Shipping policy

We ship within the United States using UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout depending on your distance from our Chicago studio and weight of product. Customers may select the best option that suits at checkout. Orders over $175 will ship for free. Currently we do not ship internationally. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or unretrievable from your designated shipping address once it states delivered. We strongly suggest selecting a secure shipping location. In the event your package does go missing in transit, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that you will also need to file a claim with the shipping provider as the recipient.
